Customized Landscapes for Stellarium

If you wish to install the custom landscape so that is is available to all users of your computer, this requires creating and placing two files in a folder and placing that folder into a landscape directory -- a panoramic .png photo file (roughly equivalent to a .jpg file), and a text landscape.ini file containing information about the location. I use Linux and Windows. On these systems, the files go into a folder at these locations:

• Linux: /usr/share/stellarium/landscapes
• Windows: C:\Program Files\Stellarium\landscapes

Administrator privileges will be required to put the custom landscape folder into these locations.
