2022 Perseid Meteor Shower |
Despite unfavorable conditions (clouds and a nearly full moon), the photo above shows 6 meteors in a composite. Early in the evening, there were clouds blowing through, but the night ended with a mostly clear sky. The previous day brought an afternoon thunderstorm which dropped about 1/2" of rain in a couple of hours.
