Venus-Mars-Uranus Venus, Mars, and Uranus appear briefly after sunset. Venus is the very bright object at the top of the frame. Thin clouds cause the bluish halo and the lens aperture causes the diffraction spikes around it.

Mars is the next brightest object about a fourth of the way up from the bottom, and Uranus is the slightly greenish tinted object below Mars, a bit less than half way up to Mars. Venus and Mars were a lot closer together in the sky last month.
