This evening started with clouds and a moon in the sky until
nearly midnight, so I took this time to try a high-dynamic-range
(HDR) shot of the moon in the head of Scorpius.
This is a combination
of 16 frames ranging from 1/2000 sec. to 15 seconds in
1-stop steps, processed in Photomatix, and final adjustments
in Lightroom.
