This photo includes parts of the constellations Monoceros, Canis Major,
and Puppis where the Seagull Nebula (right side) and open clusters
M46 and M47 can be found. On this night, Comet 103P/Hartley, now receding
from the sun, could also be seen as a small, diffuse green dot in the lower
