This is the Express parking lot. It is on the right after you pass in front of the terminals. Keep to the right as you make the loop in front of the terminals, and turn right into the lot after passing the Southwest terminal.

There are two pedestal-mounted chargers, with power provided to the chargers by SMUD's 130kW solar-powered generating station, which forms the canopy over the parking spaces. Parking is $1.50 per hour, $20 per 24-hour day. See the next entry for a better rate for long stays.

Things to do in the area: catch a flight, watch planes, shop at airport shops, eat airport food.

UPDATE:
This parking lot has been closed by Airport management. I've been told that the closing is "indefinite." The chargers are still there, but inaccessible.
