10th and L. L Street is one-way Westbound, and 10th Street is one-way Northbound. Enter on 10th Street - the garage will be on your right.

Quote from SMUD booklet: "One inductive charger is located on the second floor, next to the elevator to 10th Street. To reach the spaces, proceed to the 4th level and return to the second level. Power is available when the garage is attended, from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm." The charger is reachable from two adjacent spaces, both marked for EV parking only.

I have put a protocol sticker on this charger, and have had occasion to share the charger with an adjacent EV1. Things to do: near the City library, State Capitol, Capitol Park, California Vietnam Veterans' Memorial, many downtown restaurants and shops, and sites of historic and political interest.
