This is no longer an official City of Sacramento garage, but is run by a private company. They are not obligated to accept the City of Sacramento free EV parking permits, but in fact they still do.

Paraphrased from SMUD booklet: Two MagneCharge units serve four parking spaces located on ground level in the Northeast corner of the garage. Available when the garage is attended, from 6am to 11pm. Pay parking, but free with City of Sacramento EV parking permit.

This location is very near to the Sacramento Convention Center, and to Memorial Auditorium.
