Exit HWY 78 at Nordahl Road, and go north. Turn left at the first cross street, Center Drive. COSTCO is located where the street turns past the Home Base. The chargers (2) are located at the right end of the store front.

Charger description: Two pedestal chargers on the west perimeter wall of the parking lot, northwest of the building. While most Costcos have their chargers near the tire department, here they are on the opposite side of the building.

What to do while waiting: Besides Costco, some other stores and restaurants can be reached with a bit of a walk.

Notes: Chargers are kept locked, probably to thwart vandalism. (These are the only locked chargers I've found in SD County). The night security guard got me a key, asked me to lock up when I was done, and told me I could keep it. They seem to fit all the other chargers, including the conductive ones with the AVCO connectors.
