Santa Monica Pier -- Parking on the Pier costs $5.00 but this has to be one of the most beautiful places to plug in! There are two chargers overlooking the beach and volleyball courts, and tons of tourists. (A woman from St. Louis took a picture of me and my EV1 while I was getting ready to take this shot)
