Exit 4th St, go East to Flower (a one way southbound street). South on Flower to 5th Street (a one way westbound street). Right on 5th Street (stay in left-most right turn lane). *IMMEDIATE* left into "Arco Tower" parking garage.

After going through the gate, go straight, pass the "Park" arrow that sends you to the parking attendants. As you near the southwest corner the electric vehicle parking spots will be towards the inside of the building on your left. There are two parking spaces and two chargers (one inductive and one conductive), each of which reach both spots. (The breakers were "off" on both chargers, flipping them on powered up the chargers and we verified that the inductive charger worked.) After you park, go to the parking attendant and pick up your parking ticket. Note that this place is *EXPENSIVE*, $2.50 every 20 minutes. so an hour and 10 minute charge will run you $10.00!

Location is convenient to Arco/B of A towers, Westin Bonaventure (across 5th street), and the LA City Library (across Flower street.) Restaurant at the top of the Bonaventure is excellent and expensive.
